Reshape ED

WHO WE ARE

RESHAPE ED was created with a simple belief: every person deserves the chance to learn. Our work began in Haiti in 2010 under the names IPVOFA (International Professional Veterans Organization for Ayiti-Haiti) and CMP (Creative Management Plus). It was shaped by the stories, struggles, and strength of children, families, and communities who wanted more than survival — they wanted opportunity.

We listened. We showed up. And we realized something important: The world is not short on potential. It is short on access.

Today, as RESHAPE ED, we carry that same commitment forward — working to remove the barriers that keep people from learning, growing, and thriving. We believe education is not a privilege. It is a right. And we will keep working until it is treated as one.

MISSION & VISION

🎯

OUR MISSION

At RESHAPE ED, we believe education has the power to reshape lives, strengthen communities, and transform futures. Our mission is simple yet deeply impactful: to remove barriers to education and ensure equal access to learning, opportunity, and essential resources for all. Whether it's a child stepping into a classroom for the first time, a woman returning to school, or a family rebuilding after hardship, everyone deserves the chance to learn, grow, and thrive.

🔭

OUR VISION

We envision a world where access to education is not determined by geography, privilege, or circumstance, but recognized as a universal right. A world where every learner has the tools, support, and opportunity to thrive, contribute, and lead. Our vision is a future where children have access to quality education, families receive ongoing support, communities lead their own development, and women and girls learn with dignity and opportunity.

Education gives people power — the power to choose, to decide, to build, and to transform their own lives.

🌱

Opportunity

We work to create pathways that make education accessible, because possibility should never depend on geography or privilege.
