Four Programs, One Mission
Reshape ED runs four core programs, each targeting a specific barrier to education. Together they form a complete ecosystem of support — from the moment a child receives their first backpack to the day they graduate and become a community leader.
Every program is designed with local input, delivered through local partners, and evaluated against real outcomes. We do not measure success by dollars spent — we measure it by children who stay in school.
Literacy & Learning Programs
Structured literacy programs for children and adults who missed early education. We partner with local teachers and community centers to deliver consistent, quality instruction in Haitian Creole and French.
School Supplies Distribution
Annual distribution of fully stocked backpacks — notebooks, pens, pencils, rulers, and uniforms — to children in need. $25 fills one complete backpack and keeps a child in school.
Women's Empowerment
Education and vocational training programs for women and girls. When women are educated, entire communities benefit. Our women's programs include literacy, skills training, and leadership development.
Community Development
Programs that strengthen communities through education, local leadership, and civic engagement. We invest in the people and structures that make change last long after any single project ends.
When Women Learn, Communities Thrive
Research consistently shows that educating women and girls produces the highest returns of any development investment. When a woman is literate, her children are more likely to attend school, her household income rises, and her community becomes healthier.
Reshape ED's women's programs include adult literacy classes, vocational skills training, and leadership development — because education at any age changes lives.
